FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

1) Where are the bags from?
The bags are straight from US.

2) Are the bags authentic?
Yes, the bags are absolutely authentic. SYL doesn't sell any fake goods on our shop, these bags are directly from our supplier hence it can be trusted to be 100 % authentic.

3)How long will it take to close a spree?
When i get all the orders in, and when all the payment has been made then i will send in the order, even if you have sent in your order but not made payment, i will not order for you. Your order will be pushed to the next spree, and if by the next spree you still haven't made payment, i will delete your order.

4) How long does it take for items to ship here?
About 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how fast the merchant sends it out. I cannot predict how long the bags will take to come, if you can't wait then please don't buy from me. SYL will not entertain any messages when the bags are coming whatsoever.

5)How do i make payment?
BY UOB/POSB/OCBC bank transfer. Or you can arrange a meet up to my convenience and i will collect the money from you.

6)How do i collect the bags?
I will plan and arrange a mass meet up for all the spree-ers to collect the bags. It will be at a place where there is a higher demand for and i will conduct it there.

7) No postage?
I don't encourage postage as it will be better for meet ups so my customers can check the condition of their bags and give me their feedback. And the bags are very bulky so its quite hard to pack it in. However, if you insist on postage, please pay me the extra postage fee.

8) Any more shipping/handling fee to be added?
No all the bags costs already include the shipping fee, i don't charge for handling fee. There are no hidden costs or anything. You won't be asked to pay extra.

9) What happens if my bag is OOS?
I will inform you and ask if you want me to pick your alternative design. If not i will refund you or ask you if you want to wait for the next spree and see if your bag will be instock by then.

10) Are the bags big enough to contain my school books?
Yes, absolutely, even big enough for you to put your files.
